SERVICES FOR VILLA OWNERS
We are pleased to be able to offer you a first class service, work on you home will mainly be done by our in house
team, we only bring in outside help if it is a specialist job and we have a list of companies we have built up a
relationship with.
Our employees will carry out your Pool, Lawn, Cleaning and all general maintenance work.
We make no false promises, we want you and your renters to be happy, we want them to come back next year
and the next and so on.
We are able to provide bookings from our UK office by ways of advertising in the press and over the Internet. We
cannot promise to fill your house each and every week but we will do our best to either fill your gaps or give as
many bookings as possible.
We will visit each one and make sure they are happy and that your home is being looked after
Our aim is to help an owner of a rental property get the maximum income over the longest period possible, we aim
to do this by offering a professional service to the owner and the renter, as this will encourage repeat business for
the owner. After all the entire house should pay for itself. Whilst we cannot guarantee booking we can do our best
to help, we have a UK office for bookings, Nicola runs this, and you can email Nicola at decar@cfl.rr.com and she
will be glad to help. We do ask that you keep us up do date with availability in your villa so that double bookings
are not made. This can be done by email, fax or telephone.
Rental is an important part of your ownership and we do offer the opportunity to have your own advertisement on
our web site and if a holiday maker likes the look of your villa then you will get the booking, normal bookings are
just done on a availability / rotation basis, There is a annual charge for this facility but it will pay for itself in no time.
By keeping on top of repairs and making sure they are dealt with as soon as possible by competent craftsmen
and overseeing that they are done properly will ensure a smooth running rental home.
Your Garden and pool will be looked after by our team we will not sub contract it out to another company, it will all
be done in house and therefore we will be able to ensure quality work at all times.
Our operating level is $1000 in your client account & we require a power of attorney to change utility billing into
our name and a signed contract to enable us to act for you. Upon receipt of a completed power of attorney,
contract, a copy of your passport, plus $1000 to open your client account, we will take over management of your
house.
Monthly statements will be sent to you each month, either by email, fax or regular post, and we require payment to
be received by the 15th of the next month.
We will make any repairs or replacements necessary up to $150. For anything costing over $150 we will check
with you prior to the work being done.
We will leave a toilet roll in each toilet and a bar of soap for each basin for each new guest. We also leave an
information booklet in each house.
We have courtesy phones in each house and the guest will just need to dial our Toll free number to get straight
through to us. We check to make sure the clients have arrived safely and that they understand how everything
works in the home and help them with anything else they need.
When a house is empty, we leave the air-conditioning set at 85, and turn off the water heater, in order to save the
homeowners electricity bill.
When taking over a property we will check everything and advise if there are any replacements necessary.
